Visual Studio 2008 XML Editor Outlining Expansion Issue

In the previous release of Visual Studio(2005 release), XML editing was really a comfortable task for me, as comfortable as an XML task can be. You could easily expand/collapse elements, and while the elements were collapsed, it was easy to distinguish between them.

And then Visual Studio 2008 came along, and with it a bizarre change to the XML editor. It appears that you could no longer expand/collapse elements and then be able to see what is what.

Here's a little example of the bizarre change:

Here's how it looks in good old Visual Studio 2005:

So after doing a little digging on this matter, I found out that this issue was attended in Visual Studio 2008 SP1, and in this release, one could edit XMLs again in Visual Studio. So if you too suffer from this issue, then go right ahead and install Visual Studio 2008 SP1. But don't blame me for the LONG LONG installation time you will have to endure :-).
